All quotes provided by AJ Pallets — whether submitted through our website, provided by phone, or communicated by email — are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by AJ Pallets. Pricing is subject to change based on material availability, order specifications, volume, and market conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed with the customer prior to fulfillment of any order. AJ Pallets reserves the right to adjust or withdraw a quote at any time prior to written confirmation.
No order is accepted or confirmed until AJ Pallets provides written or verbal confirmation to the customer. AJ Pallets reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion. Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, dimensions, quantities, and delivery information at the time of order. AJ Pallets is not liable for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
An invoice will be issued to the customer upon delivery or pickup of the order. Payment terms are discussed directly with the customer prior to order placement and will be confirmed at the time of order. AJ Pallets reserves the right to require payment in advance for new customers, large orders, or customers with outstanding balances. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond agreed payment terms may be subject to service suspension until the balance is resolved. All fees and balances outstanding at the time of any dispute remain due and payable.
Delivery is available within our service area at rates confirmed at the time of order. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. AJ Pallets is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, vehicle issues, or supply disruptions. New pallets are manufactured or sourced to meet standard industry specifications unless custom dimensions or grades are agreed upon in writing prior to the order. AJ Pallets makes reasonable efforts to ensure that new pallets meet agreed specifications at the time of delivery or pickup.
Used, recycled, and repaired pallets are sold in as-is condition. These pallets may show signs of wear, staining, or prior use consistent with their nature. AJ Pallets makes reasonable efforts to ensure structural integrity prior to sale but does not provide any warranty against defects that were not visible or identifiable at the time of sale. The customer assumes all risk associated with the use of used or recycled pallets after receipt.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all pallets at the time of delivery or pickup and verifying that the quantity and condition match the confirmed order. All claims regarding order errors, missing items, or visible damage must be reported to AJ Pallets within 48 hours of delivery or pickup by contacting us at [email protected] or (616) 875-8900. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase. AJ Pallets will work in good faith to resolve legitimate claims but is not responsible for issues arising from customer misuse, overloading, improper storage, or damage occurring after receipt.
Customers are responsible for counting and verifying the quantity of pallets received at the time of delivery or pickup. AJ Pallets is not responsible for quantity disputes reported after the customer has accepted and signed for the delivery or removed pallets from the pickup location.

AJ Pallets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, damage to property, or personal injury arising from the use, misuse, or failure of pallets after delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, loading, storage, and use of all pallets after receipt.
